An Open Letter to the ElastiFlow Community, Customers, Partners, and Team

Thank you to our incredible community, customers, partners, and the entire ElastiFlow team.

Today, I am humbled and incredibly proud to share some exciting news. ElastiFlow has been named to the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. We ranked #478 overall, placing us in the top 10% as an Inc. 500 company, and #50 among all software companies.

This is a remarkable milestone, and not an achievement belonging to any person or small group. It belongs to all of us. It is a testament to the trust, commitment, hard work, and belief in what we are building together. This recognition is a shared celebration of the journey we have been on, and I want to take this moment to express my deepest gratitude to each of you.

It’s incredible to think that what is now ElastiFlow began in May 2017 as a personal experiment on GitHub. I had a simple belief that with the power of modern open data platforms, we could gain far greater visibility into our networks than legacy tools ever allowed.

To our Community, you were the ones who first embraced this idea. Your enthusiasm, feedback, and willingness to try something new on your own networks transformed that experiment into a movement. Your curiosity built the foundation of this company, and for that, I will be forever grateful. We remain deeply committed to our roots and the open data philosophy that started it all.

From that foundation, we began to build a team. To my colleagues at ElastiFlow, you are the engine and the heart of this company. Your talent, dedication, and relentless pursuit of excellence turn our vision into reality daily. It is no surprise that, alongside the Inc. 5000 ranking, ElastiFlow was named one of Inc.'s Best Workplaces for the second year. This dual honor makes me most proud. It shows that we are not only growing fast, but we are growing the right way. We have fostered a culture where the best ideas win, where we work out in the open, and where we support each other in building something of lasting value. Thank you for making ElastiFlow a place where we can all do our best work.

To our customers, thank you for placing your trust in us. You rely on ElastiFlow to provide visibility into your most mission-critical infrastructure, to help you diagnose performance issues, and to defend against security threats. We know that is a tremendous responsibility, and we are honored to be your partner. Your challenges push us to improve and your success is our ultimate metric. We were thrilled to hear from one of you that ElastiFlow was a "breath of fresh air", and we are committed to continuing to deliver solutions that are not just powerful, but intuitive and valuable from day one.

To our partners, thank you for your collaboration. In today’s complex, hybrid world, no single company can solve every problem. Together with industry leaders like Elastic, OpenSearch, HPE/Juniper Networks, Rohde & Schwarz, AMD Pensando, and many others, we are building a powerful ecosystem that delivers comprehensive, integrated solutions to our customers. While this milestone is a moment to celebrate our progress, it is even more a moment to look forward. Our mission to redefine network observability and analytics has never been more critical. The world depends on the availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure, yet for too long, the data needed to manage it has been locked away in silos and black boxes.

Our commitment is to break down those silos. This Inc. 5000 recognition is not a destination but a marker on our journey. The opportunity ahead of us is immense, and we are just starting.
